Loved the Podcast about the value of accelerators for a scalable business. Also found it interesting that one of the best aspects of the 21 Hats event in Chicago was that there were no speakers, just conversation among business owners. They don't like to be lectured to but they do benefit from frank sharing of problems and how to solve them. Also, totally agree with the notion to publicly celebrate employees. Treat them right and they'll stay. And if they should outgrow you, they'll help you recruit a great replacement.
