First no mater what you think the franchise consulting company is not your friend or family.
When you pay someone it is always a commercial relationship by the fact that you pay them.
Second I have never heard a business succeed that went form one location to be a multi national company with mutable locations with no steps in between I would suggest creating a system and operate a second before you consider expanding. I am a single business location because I do not have the skills to operate multiple locations. This is not for everyone.. Be careful and be honest with yourself. I would suggesting slowing down.
