We provide flexibility and don't track hours for salaried employees. Do we need to pay more attention to this to protect ourselves? Do we have to reduce flexibility to ensure someone meets the criteria?
We only have one salary adjustment to make based on this (a newer HCE employee) but there are plenty of small businesses that will be impacted.
The thresholds of the OT rules are going to make it more challenging for SMB's. They are big changes and only 7 months to adapt.
