It wasn’t until 2016 that we started promoting the company as fully virtual. Prior to that, we kept it hidden because there was a stigma surrounding virtual work
Of course, now, everyone understands virtual work and doesn’t care if home life intersects work life. My daughter has made several appearances in my Zoom meetings
