This is a simple change, but I’ve found that completely shutting down in the evenings helps me. I get up at 4am, get a good cup of coffee and have a fresh state of mind to get after it again.

Slightly related question: What team-based personality profile tools have other entrepreneurs used for their teams? How have they helped you get better team dynamics?
